Returns
All unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must also be accompanied by a receipt and the original tags.
We do not accept products that are intimate goods or have been altered in any way.
'Final sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow at least 2-5 business days for a refund to be credited back to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. For any concerns in regards to your refund, you may contact us at info@royaltique.com.
